Mission: The Tri-Town Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition (SAPC) seeks to mobilize and empower the community to reduce substance abuse through action, education, and collaboration.
In January, we will talk about 2020 projects and how to sustain our efforts into the future. A great introduction to the Coalition for interested community members.
